We're seeking a world-class Senior Designer to shape the visual identity of Obsidion — from our marketing website and product UI to brand assets and sales collateral. You'll have enormous creative ownership and direct impact on how millions of users experience our brand. At Obsidion, we move fast and build products that directly impact how small businesses grow. This role sits at the heart of that mission — you'll have real ownership, real responsibility, and real impact from day one.
What You'll Do
- Lead design for web, brand, and product marketing touchpoints.
- Collaborate with Engineering to ship pixel-perfect, high-performance web experiences.
- Define and evolve the Obsidion design system and brand guidelines.
- Create assets for campaigns, social, sales decks, and events.
- Conduct design critiques and mentor junior designers as the team grows.
- Work closely with Product to ensure consistency across marketing and product surfaces.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of product or brand design experience with a portfolio demonstrating exceptional craft.
- Expert proficiency in Figma.
- Strong understanding of web design principles, typography, and motion.
- Experience collaborating directly with engineers in a fast-moving environment.
- Ability to think both at the systems level and the pixel level.
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with CSS / Tailwind or frontend frameworks.
- Experience at a high-growth SaaS or design-forward startup.
