About the Role
We're looking for a driven Account Executive to own the full sales cycle for mid-market and enterprise accounts across North America. You'll be a key contributor to our revenue growth during a pivotal stage of the company. At Obsidion, we move fast and build products that directly impact how small businesses grow. This role sits at the heart of that mission — you'll have real ownership, real responsibility, and real impact from day one.
What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to close for mid-market and enterprise accounts.
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline through outbound outreach, inbound leads, and partner referrals.
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations tailored to each prospect's needs.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success to ensure a seamless handoff and strong retention.
- Accurately forecast revenue and maintain up-to-date records in CRM.
- Provide market feedback to inform product and marketing strategy.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a strong quota-attainment record.
- Experience selling to SMB and mid-market customers in the US or Canada.
- Excellent communication and consultative selling skills.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.
- Proficiency with modern CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
Nice to Have
- Experience in the AI, fintech, or business automation space.
- Familiarity with value-based selling methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, etc.).
