About the Role
We're expanding into Europe and need a sharp Account Executive based in London to build our presence across the UK and EMEA. This is a ground-floor opportunity to define how we go to market in a new region. At Obsidion, we move fast and build products that directly impact how small businesses grow. This role sits at the heart of that mission — you'll have real ownership, real responsibility, and real impact from day one.
What You'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle for accounts across the UK and EMEA region.
- Develop territory strategy and execute outbound campaigns into priority verticals.
- Conduct tailored product demonstrations and negotiate commercial terms.
- Represent Obsidion at industry events and trade shows across Europe.
- Partner with marketing on localized campaigns and messaging.
- Report on pipeline health and revenue forecasts to leadership.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with consistent quota attainment.
- Deep understanding of the UK and European business landscape.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and build from scratch in a greenfield territory.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms.
Nice to Have
- Additional European language skills (French, German, or Spanish).
- Experience selling AI or automation software to service-based businesses.
